We are completed with a HUGE round of revisions to the site... You'll see new "ajaxy" profiles, picture albums, etc... Here's the list again:
* picture albums added
* ajax based upload for media added
* private message templates added
* members can change their profile and media privacy options
* members can choose from a wide range of email notifications
* profile photos can now be set to require approval
* advanced search functionality added
* loading editable profile fields in separate pages is possible
* automatic birthday notifications added
* automatic email notifications sent to unactivated members
* ajax based username check during sign up
* option to automatically add guestbook and private messages to all new members
* option to automatically add selected members to favorites lists at sign up
* ability to invite members from contact lists of popular email services * option to add feedback subjects from the control panel
* various performance enhancements have been made
* all known bugs and issues have been fixed
* screenname removed
* profile header field removed
* unread messages weren't handled properly when removed
* login form didn't redirect to a previous page in certain cases
* random characters showed up in chat at certain times
* no profiles were found if cross search was set up between fields of different type
* ffmpeg didn't save video previews
* chat request is sent before chat is initiated
* subject is inserted when replying to a message
* improved messaging and profile database structure for enhanced performance
* members can now see their own profiles in search results
* photo can be uploaded during registration
* member redirected to previous location after logging in
* added a number of new friends requests and guestbook messages
* search by username omits other search fields
* vidoes can be viewed right after upload
* ffmpeg streaming videos beta support is added
* chat now has a sound notification
* customizable smilies can be used in chat and private messages
* tell a friend message can now contain a referral link
* member groups can now be restricted from browsing and viewing members profiles
* new profile and event fields types added
* translated fields weren't in users selected language in search results
* chat messages couldn't be read if they were sent when member was offline
* default gender is set to 'all' in picture rating
* members pictures were shown if set to private and adult at the same time
* sender's screenname is used when sending friend request email
* members were timing out during chat in certain cases
* many other non vital but annoying issues have been fixes
* and more!
As a result of these updates, you may find some bugs, etc... we're updating our dbase as fast as possible, but please head to the forums and make note of any issues, weirdness, etc...
Remember, we're still in "Beta"...!
